Myogesic is Orphenadine citrate and Paracetamol. i its an oral analgesic effective in the relief of acute musculoskeletal pain of milk to moderate intensity.
It is indicated in the relief of mild to moderate pain of muscculo-skeletal disorders, chronic low back pain, sprains and strains, prolapsed intervertebral disc, muscle injury, non-articular rheumatism, (fibrositis, myositis, myalgia), acute torticollis, tension headache, dysmenorrhea and other painful muscular conditions.
Dosage:
The usual recommended dose for adult is two tablets three times daily
Side Effects:
Common side effects include drowsiness and sedation, dizziness, nausea, weakness and feeling tired, headache, blurred vision, dry mouth, increased ocular tension, dilation of the pupils, urinary retention or hesitancy, fast heart rate and palpitations and constipation.
